Overall experience was good, but did rip a small tare in my awning on my swing & bumped a small nick in my woodwork of my new home.

Your team was on time and hard working to the max. Personalities plus. When we find our home I will definitely use this company and hopefully this same team

The were very obviously under a time constraint. They were courteous but broke some objects and the pieces to fix the objects cannot be found. My sleep number bed is missing the foam surround pieces that keep it in place. Boxes are mislabled. The new house walls are marred especially in the basement . Boxes have no logical order in the garage though I had asked they be placed in the rooms but since they were not labled correctly that was difficult. Again they were in such a hurry that they left the sofa in pieces. I have had them several times and they have done a great job but this was not one of them. I hope they fix the place where they struck the wall in the old house though I have not heard anything.

The moving team was very friendly, but it was very apparently that, overall, they were very inexperienced. For example, the four of them took an hour just to move a treadmill, because they had never moved a treadmill before (but the estimator clearly knew we had a treadmill). They did a lot of damage at our old house (which I know will be fixed), and a little bit of damage at our new house.

Randall was very professional in his explanation of the process of our move. He and Kenny were very kind as well as courteous. Great job team! Thank you.

The 5 man team that moved our residence were very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. They really seemed to gel together as one team, even though there were two crews. The gentlemen were very respectful of our belongings and got most everything in the right places. Overall, the crew operated like a well oiled machine. They took less time than expected and charged me less than the quoted price. Those guys deserved every penny they made and earned every penny of their tip. They were amazing. Everyone I know will know from us to use two men and a truck. Thank you for training these crews to respectfully move other's belongings with care and gentleness.

The three gentlemen that moved me did an awesome job. The job turned out to be bigger the expected but everyone at the office was able to accommodate us. Thank you again for a job well done. I will be using you all again- you have my business!!!

THE FIRST 3 MEN THAT CAME WERE OK, BUT THE OTHER 2 CAUSED THE DAMAGE. FOUND IT HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR COMPANY WHEN REPORTING DAMAGE.
