The office staff was friendly and helpful MaryBeth was very helpful and responsive to our request, she ask for an experienced crew due to many of the items being antiques. The crew was not careful and there was a lot of damage that must be repaired. They did not move all of the items and we are having trouble getting the items they left behind moved they want additional money to go back and finish the job which is not acceptable, they should be refunding part of the charges for all the problems they have caused. They are to send a repairman to try to fix the damage but no one has called to schedule a visit yet.

Everything was fast an efficient, only had the one mishap with the broken glass on my curio. Said they would replace. Would recommend to anyone

the biggest issue was that the movers tried to manipulate a piece of exercise equipment up a flight of stairs which led to a significant amount of damage to the house. Rather than stopping when an issue was encountered, the movers tried to continue which led to even more wall, floor, and doorway damage. If they had stopped at the first indication of an issue and re-assessed the measurements, the damage would have been less severe.

So the good points: the movers worked very hard. There were three of them. It was a hot and humid day in the 90s with stairs at both locations.
Bad points: They caused multiple scrapes and gashes to walls that need repair and painted. Chipped a board on staircase we will need to replace. Lost part of a keg of an antique dresser that was never found. Multiple pieces of furniture were also scraped and we have had to use furniture touch up concealer to try and repair. Also having issues with some wood furniture they wrapped in plastic and then set out on the sidewalk in the sun and it caused condensation and now had odd markings. Overall, they caused so much damage, we could not recommend nor would we use again.
The movers also complained the office severely underestimated the job.

Movers were efficient and courteous. A couple of significant scratches were left on an office chair. But everything else looked fine. A little disappointed they couldn’t take a couple of items to Goodwill, but they ran out of time. Thank you.

The team worked hard but rushed their work and damaged our furniture and our new home. I’m confident they knew of the damage and covered it up. I would like someone from the office to come out here to see the damage,
Unfortunately I was unaware of the damage nor was I aware of all the items they left at our old house. If I had known any of this I would not have tipped them.

As Drew read all they couldn't pack like gun, meds & etc I had to laugh, I had no idea they didn't and had already taken care of them.
After Drew got hurt it was in no time another crew was here. Every one was polite, sat the items where I requested and seem to be happy to do it even when I changed my mind. They wouldn't even let me fold a box flap over, offered them a bottle of ice water and they declined. This is the second time I have used Two Men & A Truck but at almost 83 years old I doubt when I move again they won't be calling a mover but I sure do tell every one I know how well your company has done. Great service and very friendly. Had a tough move. Saw a few areas of damage to a few pieces of furniture and walls in the house that I moved from. Wish there would have been some disclosure of the deep scratches and drywall areas. Will definitely walk through next time before closing the job out. Movers were otherwise very good, professional, and very hard working!

The men came an hour late from the supposedly arrival time. They did not secure our items to the truck that some of our heavy items fell over because they weren’t securely tied to the truck. The men also wrongly diagnosed the insects they saw from the pile of woods as “termites” which when seen by someone who are familiar with insects it wasn’t termites at all. The stress that they gave us was too much. Termites are serious! Overall, their performance were ok. But, not enough to make us use the two men and a truck in the future.
