Everyone was polite and helpful. They took care to make the move as smooth as possible.

I couldn’t in good faith provide a perfect score of 5. Two issues arose from start to finish. I was told I must have 4 personnel to complete my move for liability purposes. I agreed, but only three men arrived during the move. The second issue was having to sign an electronic device without being able to read what I was agreeing too. That device was broken and I signed 3 times before it took.

Moving guys were great!
I paid to pack day before! They ran out of boxes and tape! Used 2rolls of my tape! So movers were carrying small items by hand which took much longer! I got blamed by office for underestimating the time! That’s your job to tell me how long it will take! An appraiser needs to show up before the move to determine how long the move will actually take!

Both movers were courteous, and efficient. I interacted with each as the day went on and they both seemed genuine and caring about what they were doing. I appreciate the care they brought to the move. We had a minor damage, this stuff happens!! So no worries. I was contacted pretty quickly and we have this taken care of too. Thanks 2 Men and a Truck... I will definitely recommend this service.

The team was great and very nice. Although they werent able to fit all of the items we needed moved into the truck that was quoted for our move. (I had to take 5 more trips of stuff in my suv) After inspection of home we were moving out of we noticed the wood floors were also scratched. Again, very nice and friendly and overall they were hard working and efficient, however these two issues Have caused me to think twice about using Two Men and Truck in the future. If I am quoted for a job I would like the job completed, and not have to finish it myself on multiple trips in my own vehicle. Also, still have not heard back about the wood floor issue. And the old landlord is holding our deposit until that issue gets settled.
