Initial set-up and scheduling was easy. Movers presented on-time, professionally dressed and walked us through the process. They got to work and kept working until it was finished. They were pleasant to work with and extremely took great care with our furniture.

The moving team made a 1 trip office move turn into a 2 trip move. They began moving the smaller items first rather starting with the heavier items. You use a moving company to handle the heavy items. Had they got all the heavy items on the first trip, I would have stopped the move there and saved me some money. My staff and I could have moved the lighter items. Moving can be expensive and I want to try to save money as much as I can. Also, Javon came to the office 2 days prior and explained that there would be 3 guys, 2 in the front moving the heavy items and 1 moving the boxes. It did not go this way. So why bring this guy prior to the move to give instructions and no one follows them. I have used you guys in the past and have not had such a bad experience. I was very disappointed.

<div>Sheila-Your job was estimated by Javon to go 7hrs and we knocked it out in 4.75 hrs. We appreciate your feedback and in fact did save you quite a bit of money$$, $100&rsquo;s of dollars in fact. We also show notes that you were not willing to listen to our in-home/in-office coordinator during the initial visit. That being said this could have caused some of the confusion and lead to why he initially put the job at 7 hrs. The three young men did an excellent job. They were very polite and friendly. We really appreciated how they took care of all of our furniture in the way that everything was wrapped and protected. We have no complaints at all and they did an excellent job. We would highly recommend your company to anyone, especially the three young gentlemen that you sent to our house.
