Moving The Community Forward!

The Humanitarian Award

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Indianapolis and owner Drew Werling accepting "The Humanitarian Award for his hard work and dedication giving back to our city! Drew and our team gave back more to our city than any other!

“Give back to the community,” is not a phrase we take lightly. It’s one of our core values! And at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® of Indianapolis, we

believe one of the best feelings you can have is giving back to the community in which you work and live. Each year, we partner with numerous non-profit and charity organizations, such as the Salvation Army Indiana Division’s annual Coats for Kids drive, Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, and the Bally Foundation. These efforts have given us great joy over the years, and we look forward to expanding our ability to share our resources with organizations who make a major impact our neighbors who need it most.

Movers For Moms®

A national effort in which we participate assists women who are living in shelters over Mother’s Day. Each spring, all four Indianapolis area locations participate in a campaign called Movers for Moms®. In partnership with local schools and businesses, we collect essential personal needs items for women in shelters – and often their children, too. In the fall we do the same thing to support the Humane Society’s care for abandoned pets through our Movers for Mutts campaign. If you’d like to participate with us in these worthy efforts, contact any one of our offices. We’d love some extra hands and widen the impact of both programs!

Partnerships and Organizations

Salvation Army

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® feels that one of the best feelings you can have is giving back to the community in which you work and live!  We are constantly looking for partners and ways to help out whether it be through the Salvation Army Indiana Division which we store and transport and store all coats for the annual Coats For Kids Campaign with our local WTHR Channel 13.  We also help this great organization throughout the year to help keep down costs and make sure the most is going back to the community. Their hashtag is #doingthemostgood and we love to be a part of something so big! In 2015 we also were proud to be a part of the Salvation Army's Angel Tree where we helped sort/store and deliver Angel Trees for Indianpolis Indiana's children in need!

The Bally Foundation

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Indianpolis helps this great organization by picking up used medical equipment that is no longer needed from local Hoosiers. The next step is delivering the items to The Logansport Juvenile Detention Center where youth can learn a highly sought after skill like cleaning and repairing medical equipment. Lastly TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® delivers the repaired medical items to local disabled Hoosiers in need. All this is donated by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to help our community and help to stop recitivism in the criminal system!

Teachers Treasures

Teachers Treasures is a local organization that finds items and ways to help our local teachers! TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® offers our strong men and trucks to help tranport these items. This is another one of our favorite non-profit organization to help because of the common goal and mission which is to help our youth and children where it counts! From teachers desks to skids/pallets of paper and supplies TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has been a committed partner in the goal to help our Indianapolis teachers!
