Two men and a truck have moved me several times and have always do a great job for me.

This was a VERY stressful move for me, especially coming at Thanksgiving time. The office staff was so kind and patient, Monique in particular, when I had to change my move date twice. Jon and his crew were so awesome on move day. Jon was quick to establish a rapport with me which put me at ease. He was very personable, and we had a few good laughs during the move...a welcome distraction from the stress of moving. The whole crew was so courteous and accommodating, and they worked quickly and efficiently.

The team were on time, polite, very helpful, and extremely nice. When I move again I hope they are the team I get.

The two movers were very kind and courteous. I wish the price estimate was high over the phone but they movers were quick, safe, and effective!

I was told between 12 and 2. I waited. At 3:30ish I called the office to hear that they had no reservation for me. I told them that I had a confirmation letter. I was out of luck til Monday. I had to be out of the house before Tuesday. Monday, they said they would move me Tues afternoon. I said no, I only have 1 1/2 rooms to move, a less than 3 hr job. They asked what time I could be home from work. I said 4, and she said we will be there at 4. They showed at 5:30. They were wonderful and almost made up for the fiasco. But then I was telling a friend how bad the deal was and she said, andamp;acirc;€œwas it two men and a truck? They did the same thing to us when we were moving an entire house. We waited all day, called and they said we have no appt for you.andamp;acirc;€ Word of mouth will kill you.

Very pleased with the experience, your office staff was able to accommodate a very short notice move and the moving team was exceptional.
