Chris and Zach ( these were my "Two Guys and a Truck") were great to work with. They gave us a courtesy call before they arrived to let us know there were within a 1/2 hour of arriving. Did a walk thru to verify everything that was going to be moved. They were quick, efficient and had a great attitude. They were two of the best movers I have worked with.

Mike and Shane, our movers, were AMAZING! They were prompt, hard working, kind, courteous, and thoughtful. They worked EXTREMELY hard for 12 hours getting the move done as best they could. In the end however, we could not recommend your company to anyone else. The job was HORRIBLY mis-quoted leaving Mike and Shane alone to do what should have been 4 men's worth of work. Also, in the end, at the 12 hour mark, we told them to just offload the boxes into our garage just so they could be done for the day. Seeing a company set up their employees for failure like this is just not something we could support or recommend. You need to take much better care of your people than what we witnessed before we could ever recommend your services to others or use you again.

<div>Jennifer-We are sorry to hear about this. We do show notes that our in-home consultant advised two trucks and four men would be needed for your move. We also show that little to no boxes were to be moved per consultation and only the heavy items. It would appear per your review that items were added after the intial consultation. We do rely heavily on our customers accurately letting us know what will need moved. These little changes affect any estimate given as we use sophisticated software to determine how many cubic feet need moved and then how many strong men it will take. We will be implementing a “one truck waiver” with our in-home consultants after this experience to protect our men and control the time involved with labor if a customer insists one truck and two men be used agianst our advice.<br/>Two Men And A Truck Indianapolis</div>
