Everything went extremely well during our move, I was particularly pleased with the speed and care taken by the moving crew, our total cost came in well below our estimate.

Tyler and the other gentleman (forgot his name) were very courteous, did a great job explaining the process and had great attitudes! I am in the service industry and it’s people like Tyler that I look to hire all the time. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler and the overall experience!

The only issue I DID NOT appreciate was that when one of the managers that arrived due to my couch having an issue going up the stairs was this. This manager would discuss, think outside the box or even give me the common courtesy of speaking of other options. I could have moved it myself as I did other items. In the end it was 3 retired gentleman at the ages in their very late 60s one gentleman 71 myself mid-60s that took the fence panels off put it up right over the top of the balcony and slid it onto the platform done in less than 5 minutes. I honestly think I should be reimbursed for the moving of the couch I could have done it myself it was issue of getting it up and onto the deck. As I said I could have moved the couch myself when I had the commercial van.

Originally I called Sunday night and left a message saying I needed a single item moved(bed frame) from my old apartment to my new apartment which was 5 minute drive. No one returned my call Monday. Nothing Tuesday. So I called Wednesday morning and was told if we could have scheduled the move earlier I could’ve saved money due to Tuesday/Wednesday moved being cheaper. (Of course Wednesday was booked already). Kind of disappointed as I feel if you could have returned my message I left Sunday I could of possibly not have to spent $300 to move my bed frame a 5 minutes drive to my new apartment. The drivers were awesome though. Top notch movers with a great attitude.

From making our reservation to the actual day of the move, everyone was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. It made a stressful time less stressful.

Great experience! I receieved a call when they were about 40 minutes away. They were careful but quick, careful with our items, and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 would hire again and will recommend to others.

I have used 2 men and a truck a couple of times in the past, so it was a no brainer to use again. The past moving teams set a pretty high bar that the current team did not meet. I can't say they were bad or good...it was a little disappointing because this was the biggest move of my life and I felt a little meh afterwards about 2 men and a truck's performance. In the past I was blown away with what they accomplished and how easy they made my transition, this time, no so much.
