Shawn and Brian were extremely motivated to get the job done. They actually ran back into the house to get the next item... they seemed to want to help me save time and also do a GREAT job. I really hope that I can get these two gentlemen when I get my stuff out of storage. I have already mentioned how happy I have been to several friends. SHAWN AND BRIAN WERE EXCELLENT. :)

The move went smoothly and it was was within the estimated time range. The guys had to take 3 pieces of furniture fullt apart which made the move longer. The only negative was 2 pieces of furniture were damaged.

I was given a 2 hour window on arrival time and the actually arrival time was 2 hours later than the latest arrival time. To be clear I am not complaining because things happen and how we react to those things is what matters. Your company handled the issue perfectly. Starting with great communication of why you were late and a discount was offered on price. Then upon arrival the movers were Proffesional and apologetic. Your company added 2 more movers and had them meet us at the new location. I would not only recommend your company if I’m asked I will tell everyone without being asked about well my experience went with you. Bravo and Thanks

The day of the move was a very hot day. Some os the boxes weren’t packed full so they collapsed a little, which meant there was a lot of wasted space in the truck. We wound up with a lot of boxes and garage items they had to leave behind because of this—which means we are making trips of 50 miles to finish up the move. There was a very heavy item they couldn’t move at all which meant my husband and I had to move it ourselves. The guys worked pretty hard even though it was so hot, but it was just as hot for us—plus we were paying them for their time. The guys were personable enough—I don’t think I would use TMAAT again and I probably won’t recommend them.

We are senior citizens and very worried about moving after a 28 year stay at our location
What a relief we felt with the professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and quickness with which they worked. One mover seemed newer to the work but his partner was patient with him and kept check on how he was doing.
There were, we've since discovered, a few chips to the furniture, but narrow doorways will do that. Overall we would give them a 10.

All four movers were polite, courteous, personable and worked hard the whole time they were with us. They really hustled and did a great job!

Our movers were excellent. They were very professional and worked very hard to pack and move our apartment. They showed up on time and had great communication. However, there were a few items like our TV and computer monitor that had scratches on them. I wish they would have taken better care to wrap and protect those items. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend and use Two Men again in the future.

The men worked very hard & did not waste time. Unfortunately, they gouged my new & expensive dining room table. I completed a damage complaint form, but have not heard from your company. Hope you follow through because we will need a move in 5 months. How this is handled will determine who we go with. Thank you!

The initial scheduled date did not work out so well. I was called and the time was changed to an earlier time, but that time frame was not met. By the time I was called, several hours later, it was too late for my schedule. The move was changed to another day. I was not at all a happy customer BUT the moving team changed my mind. They were fantastic. They had a great attitude, worked very hard and were pleasant to work with. It was such a hot day but this did not distract the movers. Based on them, my survey responses changed to excellent.
