Movers were very friendly and professional, both in personality/mannerisms, as well as in appearance. However my movers seemed to move slow, and to take an excessively long time moving me. Also, because there were only "two men," they worked parallel to one another, versus as a team, until a large item was literally ready to be rolled out of the door. This seemed to make the process slower and more unorganized. In addition, I do not feel as though my large items and my new home received the care that they should have received (ie not wrapping my leather couch, banging up walls, etc.). Also, one of the men seemed to be unsure of how to disassemble every piece of furniture that I owned.

The process from start to finish was smooth. The ease of setting the appointment was perfect, the consultant walked me through everything and explained all I would need to know prior to the move. Then Brandon and Romeo were amazing on the day of the move. They got the work done faster than expected which saved me money, I definitely appreciated that! They were fun to work with and they definitely took good care of our stuff, which wasn't an easy task! I would absolutely want to work with Two Men and a Truck and especially would recommend Brandon and Romeo!

Using Two Men & a Truck was the best decision I made surrounding my whole move!

Shane and Kiyon were the most professional and excellent movers I have ever experienced.

Overall very good. The only reason I did not give excellent to the movers were they were a little heavy handed resulting in a few minor scrapes and scratches (in walls and on stairs). Very personable guys, respectful, and helpful.

Our move was performed by your team of: Amari, Allen, Ben and Ron. They were professional, courteous, but with a relaxed manner that set a very helpful tone throughout the move. We were extremely happy during the entire process, and your team was efficient and effective through out the entire process.
We hope that your organization realizes what a great group of individuals you have who work well in your team business model.

Shane, Kenny and Shawn did a great job for us. They were able to do our in-house move within a day of calling to inquire. Professional, courteous, and hard working guys. Worked in a timely manner and didn't damage any walls with the large, awkward exercise equipment. Will keep them in mind for future moving needs.

DJ, Jones and Brad were our movers and we could not have asked for a better crew. The young men were courteous and friendly. In my opinion it was a difficult move and they never once complained. I want to thank these young men for the great job they did for us. They made sure my furniture was wrapped and secured properly on the truck to avoid damage. Sorry for the delay in my response to this survey but we just got our internet service connected again. I will and have recommended Two Men and a Truck to friends and family in the future. Thank you again for another great job well done!
