This was the worst moving experience in my life. I will write a horrible yelp review as well. I have called customer service and the local franchise and did not hear at all from them. The movers were tired after a 6 hour previous job. They spent 45 minutes trying to cancel the job and when I finally convinced them they had the worst attitude. Used up my time for personal calls and to clean up their truck instead of helping move. Overall the worst experience, I will never use them in indianapolis again for sure but probably never again.

The movers failed to cover my most expensive items like my flat plasma 58 inch TV which is new and cost $680.00 also failed to cover my round glass top to my dining room table. They placed these items against the metal wall in storage unit which will make them shatter if the next unit door is shut. I have tried numerous times to call about this issue and have not received a response at all. Need to be contacted ASAP!!!

the phone call system and phone tree was not good and it was almost impossible to get a live person to talk to.

My movers were named John and Mitchell - and they were the best I have experienced in 11 separate moves. The office staff was confused about my initial request (did I want packing services or not), but when the mixup was identified, they were quick to remedy. Overall, excellent experience during what can often be a disconcerting time.

I was impressed with your company before and decided to use you again but this time was excellent I cannot say enough about the gentlemen. They were so great and I was really impressed. Everyone that I have talked to I have told them about your company and have also said the names of the guys that moved me it was a hard move for me which they didn’t know but made me and my family extremely comfortable and helped with the stress even though they didn’t know it. A huge THANKS again for everything!!!!!!!!

The crew was very professional. They worked well together. Where very careful with the furniture but moved quickly. Really appreciated there work ethics . I would definitely use them again.

I was very disappointed when only ONE Truck arrived for my move 7/13-No call or advance notice that 2 trucks, which is what was agreed on earlier. As such the move took longer than expected. To save time items were not wrapped-it was a streamy day and everyone was sweating through their clothing-as a result on items...The team was great, the men were so kind-but the point was that what was agreed on did not occur.
