This was the second time I have used Two Men And A Truck. I could not be more impressed. I have now moved 21 times I my life and TMAAT is by far the best experience of any! This move occurred on a day with continuous heavy rain, wind, and temps in the 40s. Miserable. The guys were soaked to the bone by 10 am. However, they were kind, careful and had excellent attitudes in spite of the miserable conditions they faced. All of our belongings were protected and well cared for throughout. I highly recommend them based on both of my moves with them. I will certainly use them should I ever move again.

The two movers, Sal and Robert, were prompt (actually early), courteous, thorough, and speedy. They actually saved me money from the estimate due to their efficiency. The only thing I feel bad about is that due to personal things going on related to this move, I completely forgot to offer them a monetary tip. If there is a way to do that please let me know. The two guys who moved us were professional, friendly and worked very hard. I strongly recommend your company.

Overall the service was good. We had two items that were discovered damaged while the movers were at our new residence. The lead guy never asked if we were satisfied with the move or had any issues prior to contacting his dispatcher or asking for payment. When I pointed out the damages, the lead tried to discredit my findings, stating that it was impossible for him to have damaged my furniture because the damage was inside and he does not damage furniture. It didn't matter that the shavings from my table were fresh. No one is perfect. We all make mistakes.
After the men left we did find other items that were damaged in the move. My grill cover was ripped badly. I feel they could not have helped but to see the damage, yet they neglected to say anything. A claim has been filed.

From start to finish, Two Men and. Truck exceeded all expectations. From my first call till the follow up call, everyone I dealt with was exceptional.

Todd and Romeo were polite, on-time and efficient including being very in tune to our needs (such as vacuuming tops of furniture prior to moving). They asked questions prior to beginning and checked in with us to ensure everything was in the truck prior to departing.
Todd and Romeo made the moving experience less stressful.

The two man crew did an outstanding job. They were very friendly and careful with our belongings. One thing I might suggest is the availability of some sort of clothing box/unit that customers could use to move hanging clothes. That would have made the experience over and above expected.

the driver called 1/2 hour before arriving , which was anticipated. Arrived with a great attitude introduced themselves , then proceeded to survey the furniture to be moved. Padded the doorways to eliminate marring and asked if there were any questions before starting. from time time to time they would ask if any questions or concerns came up. installed the "pins" in the washer tub to prevent jarring in transit. Loaded, they arrived at my home. Once again...a walk through where items should go. They finished an Hour ahead of the projected time it would take and lowered my projected amount considerably. Very impressed on attitude, workmanship and care!
