Great experience. One piece of furniture was damaged. A knob on a drawer came off. Movers noticed and informed me. After moving everything, we all forgot and I just noticed it this morning. Mover stated that they could pay for replacement. Thanks!

The guys were great, they worked hard, were organized and on time, and overall the move went well. The only drawback, and the thing that keeps this from being "good" and not "excellent" is they lost shelves that go in one of our bookshelves. They're making new ones, which is appreciated, but it's still quite a bit of a hassle.

On whole movers were very good and efficient. The only thing they broke my bed foot board in a couple of places.

I was happy with the move team to my home. So far i not happy with is the parts for a mirror being returned since I’m under the impression they had been found because someone from there called me and has NOT called me back yet! The other person involved with this property is going To start calling if i don’t get those parts back ASAP!!

We had some damage to a couple items, but we loved the moving team and appreciate the work they did.

The front of my brand new refrigerator was damaged by the movers. I emailed Marybeth Sharp and she said the customer care would be in touch. I called the customer care line and left a message Monday and still have not heard back. I would appreciate some guidance moving forward.

Our experience with the staff and moving team was overall good, but we had several damaged items. One of them is a train table we spent countless hours and money building for our son--the trim is maple, which is a hard wood, but there's a big scrape and several chunks missing from the side now. The moving crew was great to work with and I think they took as much care as they could, but we were their 2nd big move of the day. They were visibly exhausted; I don't think they should have been put in that situation. Mistakes are made and items are dropped when you are tired.

Office never informed me of a Disabled Veterans Discount, when I found out they told me it was to late, needed be done prior to move. Lost a precious lamp. Let them know and still nothing. Actual movers, employees, were GREAT !!!

This is the absolute worst experience I have had with a moving company. I have multiple damaged items, including walls, doors, etc. My husband and myself used your services before, we will not be contacting Two Men and A Truck again! Absolutely horrendous experience, including the movers getting into an argument in my home! Awful!!!

Some wall damage getting furniture out of basement. This was understandable. Damage to woodwork in entry way was just careless. Financial compensation was fair, quick and hassle-free.
