The 2 guys who helped us were quick, efficient, careful and polite.

Entire experience went off without a hitch. Movers were thorough, careful, hard-working, and courteous. I was charged for the exact amount of time they worked and no more. Truck looked well-maintained and in good condition. Overall a very positive experience. I was happy to tip the movers!

Just disappointed in the final bill versus the initial quote, it was a 1200 sf apartment. First cold/snowed day probably didn’t help either. Movers seemed to have their sh__ together and were very courteous.

Overall my experience with Two Men and a Truck was positive. However, the movers got a little careless in either the packing of the van or the drive between locations, because my small bookcase got very badly damaged. I didn't realize this until the crew had left. Now I have to go through the expense of having it repaired. Having said that though, I must also say that it was the only casualty of the whole move. The crew were very fast and efficient in getting me moved. I got two extra men at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. I would use your company again in future.

Found some damage on furniture pieces after the moving had already left.

I explained to your office staff, when I scheduled movers that I have Parkinson’s disease and have limited use of hands. Therefore, I needed your movers, to have washer and dryer disconnected and connected back up completely in new apartment. After the move, When I went to use washer, water flooded everywhere as movers had NOT connected hoses. Movers didn’t reconnect washer or dryer correctly. I had to pay an additional 127.00 to an appliance business to come out and connect washer and dryer. Then had to pay to have someone clean water from flood from washer on brand new carpet. I’m a senior citizen living in a senior complex on a fixed income. This extra cost of paying appliance company for something movers should have done, was unnecessary and upsetting.
