We had several date changes due to a delayed closing and office staff were understanding and responsive. The moving men were polite, good communicators and hard workers. Our move went quicker than they estimated.

I am not happy with paying $50 in case the movers break something. I wish this had been explained and I was asked whether or not I wanted to pay this fee. The first time I used Two Men and a Truck, I was not charged this fee. The 2nd time, I was. I would have declined. If they break something, why do I have to pay for their mistake? Other than that, it was a positive experience. I gave the movers 5 stars cause they were great doing their job. I did bring up this fee I didn’t think I should have to pay but they said that was from the original person that scheduled it and they couldn’t change it.

Team was great! They were helpful and accommodating! I would recommend the team again.

The men who helped me move were friendly and polite, and extremely efficient. I have used Two Men and a Truck on two occasions in the last two years, and have been very pleased both times.

This was scheduled as an office move. 3 men. Only 2 showed up as 1 had been injured on the previous job. This is not the fault of the 2 men that showed up, however, management should have provided assistance. With it being booked as an office move, it should have been expected that there would be office furniture. We were told that your men could not tear down and move our front L shaped reception desk. We had to hire another company at $450 to come in on the weekend to get this out of our office space to avoid getting charged by our landlord.
There were numerous times that one of the men would just be standing around, looking at his phone, doing absolutely nothing at all. While one gentleman was taking something apart or wrapping a cabinet, the other with sit in a chair, when there were boxes to move, etc. My employees started moving items to the new space themselves as thy did not want to be working past 5pm on a holiday. What should have been a 2-3 hour moved was well over 5. We were not happy with this experience at all and we will not recommend to our customers. My staff did not leave until 7pm that evening and we closed at 3 for the Thanksgiving weekend. I had to pay overtime to all of them. We are a title company and we close on purchase transactions daily. We get asked for moving company recommendations daily by real estate agents. This will not be one of them.

Truck crew was courteous, careful and efficient, and responded professionally to all questions and special requests. I will use their services again in the future and recommend them to others.

Your sales team quoted me a price and then charged me something different, which was not fair to me and I wasn’t offered any of my money back. I will not be recommending your company to anyone and I will be letting my social networking know as well.

Our team did a good job. Unfortunately, they thought they’d have plenty of room, so didn’t pack truck tightly and were unable to load a few items at the end. We moved those ourselves. Also, the driver of the truck was very nice, but he smelled like smoke.
