The guys came not fully prepared. They didn’t have Allen keys to disassemble the beds. I asked to lay down runners or blankets on the brand new carpet, they didn’t. I told them several times what to take but still my Christmas decorations were left at the previous residence as well as the power supplies to my couch and chair. They drove the long way to the new residence to waste more time.

Joseph and Victor were excellent with communication, wrapping, packing, moving, and unpacking. They were also great with my 94.5 year old parents and their specific emotional needs on the occasion of leaving their home of fifty years for an assisted living apartment.
I would have found it helpful if the confirmation call from the office had also provided the names of the moving team with phone #.

For the first time, having used Two Men and a Truck many times in the past, I’m not as satisfied as I’ve been before. While the team got our move done efficiently, they were in a hurry, and it showed. I watched our tabletop be rolled on the driveway, and there were two spots that weren’t protected, so now our table is damaged. Otherwise, we’re satisfied.

There were many factors to consider with my office move, last minute considerations. Kayla was great working with me on this. The movers were conscientious, professional, polite, strong, and hard workers. They saw what needed to be done and took care of it. They went above and beyond what I expected. The team who came did a wonderful job of wrapping furniture and artwork. They took care with all of my belongings.
