My movers were incredible, I would definitely use them again!

We were so impressed by the entire crew of Two Men and Truck. The office staff was helpful and thorough, and readily available for questions, concerns, and follow up. The moving crew were phenomenal. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. I would recommend their service to anyone who is experiencing a move. We couldn't have done it without them!

The guys that moved me were beyond fabulous. They were quick but excellent. They were so personable and eager to make sure I was pleased. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. They made the whole ordeal very enjoyable! Thank you for such great guys.

Donald and Landon did an outstanding job. They were very kind and patient.

I had 5 pieces of furniture broken,including a 70inch TV,marble base on the master dresser broken,huge custom mirror broken,large bathroom vanity broken,2 new chairs on the bottom ripped,they also after 12 hrs only moved 35% of my belongings moved compared to the first time I used them to move the same belongings,they moved 100% with no damages a little over a year ago,they were simply deplorable,will blowup social media with all of the negative aspects of this company,impatiently waiting for feedback from management,they act like nothing was done wrong and that it’s my problem,also spoke with upper management about the numerous problems with no response in over a week...,unbelievable and unacceptable,plus their rates went up about 40% from the last time I used them,simply deplorable!!!

Both of our TVs were broken
The movers refused to assemble most of my furniture and what they did put together is basically useless. The driver stated that he put one of the feet to my expensive Norwalk loveseat in a box somewhere and could not find it so they propped it on 2 2x4! I can’t use that it’s unstable!
They did not assemble my dining room table
The driver refused to assemble my bed stating he did not take it apart therefore he did not have to assemble it.
All my boxes and bags were stacked in the dining room and blocked the kitchen entrance. I’m a very busy single woman. Now I have this huge mess I have to try to deal with and no time to do so or ability to assemble anything that is the reason I was willing to pay nearly $3000! I’m completely disgusted with this entire move!

Overall experience was good, the 3 individuals were very respectful and courteous. Only complaint is I paid for 2 mattress covers and somewhere along the move they both ended up with holes in them (grab marks that tore through). Whole purpose of paying for the covers was to keep them sealed up in a basement.

The overall experience was fine. The guys were for helpful. The only problem I have is that when I began unpacking my figurines, I found three items broken. Two of them I could glue back together, but one had to be thrown away. These were wrapped and packed by myself not your guys.

The moving team was great, they had great attitudes and were personable. One item was damaged during the move but it was a complete accident. The quote we were originally given was short by 4 hours so that was a bit of a surprise. Overall it was a great experience.

Day two was a disaster. I met the driver at the truck and he had an "I don't want to be here attitude " right out of the truck. What sould have been four hours to pack took eight and the next morning he didn't show for work. A new driver covered for him and did a good job on day three, in fact all movers on day three were much better than the driver on day two. I had very nice bed linens that weren't handled with care and, in fact, I still cant find them or my winter coats. Overall I'm not at all happy with my experience, primarily due to day two.
