I used them to move my daughter from college to her job in Chicago. They picked up in Bloomington, IN as well as Fort Wayne, IN and then transferred everything to Chicago. Great service and everything was delivered as promised and it good condition. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to others as well.

Given the cost of this process, I expected far more experienced and organized professionals. If it were not for myself and the help of two relatives, the boys that came to move me out would not have done a satisfactory job at all. All I had them pack for me were a pictures/paintings and kitchen items. They did a good job packing, but we assisted with everything. The boys did not wrap any of the furniture to move into the storage unit. Anything they did wrap, they unwrapped and left. We wrapped every single piece of furniture and made sure that everything was protected to spend a good deal of time in storage. I do not feel that they were professional or trained movers, and though they moved the big pieces of furniture without issue, nothing was prepared to be put in the storage unit.

Movers were very professional, patient, and polite. They represented their company well and help make our family move a low stress event. Their work ethic was incredible and they were pleasant to have around. We were very pleased with the value they provided and their strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.

I recommend management provide adequate training for use of new equipment. A new power lift was used to transport a 500-lb safe, and while its transport went smooth and without incident, there was some uncertainty about full operational use of the equipment that could be resolved by better training. This would reduce the risk of injury and damage to property.

Our movers Kyle and Tyler were amazing and so helpful. They took extra care of our belongings and reassured by using caution not to damage walls or other items. They were prompt, quick and like extensions to our family while moving!!

I was very impressed how quickly the job was finished. They were very careful moving the furniture. They were prompt in arriving for the move.

My movers were excellent, professional, very fast. They were careful with my items. The office staff even let me put some extra boxes (that wouldn't fit in my car) on the truck after it left and was in the warehouse. I would definitely use their services again. Although it is kind of expensive, it is totally worth it.

The two men (ha), Tyler and Andy were so professional and enthusiastic. Soon as they walked in the apt I knew they were going to get the job done and fast. Their demeanor was another standout for me. Their favorite word was "Absolutely" whenever I posed a question to them. They took good care of my things by wrapping everything in blankets. It amazed me as to how much they could lift and move. All in all, I was just dumbfounded by the experience. Thank you!
