The moving team was very nice and super careful with my stuff. One of the guys said he was new, but he still did a great job.

I wish I had known that they move clothes on hangers and that I did not need to empty the drawers in my dressser and chest of drawers.

Tremendous. The two young men were professional, smart and clean. Hard workers. Fast. They gave me a great experience. I will recommend them to anyone who I learn wants to move.
Response
David, thank you for your kind words! We will be sure to share your feedback with the guys. We wish you luck in your new home!

Movers did not take enough care with our furniture. They did not protect the bottom and feet with pads when using lifting straps. They lost one of our shelves and some of the support pegs for the shelves. They did not have enough wrapping for the furniture and had to go to the office to get more.

Great experience working on the front end with Lukas in the office, who answered all my questions and was both friendly and professional.
James, Rider, Alex and Matt were amazing with their help packing and moving us!! We are so grateful to have had their help and it made the chaotic and overwhelming experience of moving so much more manageable and less stressful.

Matt and James were two of the most hard working and polite young men we have ever dealt with. There was a huge struggle trying to get part of the sectional upstairs but they worked diligently to make it work. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with them. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know planning a move. Thank you for your thorough and professional service.
