The movers we're so friendly and helpful. They were so strong and I was impressed with how quickly they worked. Choosing your company was a great decision for us!

Everything was excellent until several days later when I was told that they wouldn’t cash my check. My Texas address is printed on the check and so they said that they couldn’t accept it. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! The check is from a national bank and the account numbers on the bottom don’t change regardless of my address. I know this because I’ve had the same checking account for years and through multiple addresses in several different states. Now the onus falls on me to figure out how to get the money to them when all they have to do is cash the check.

I cannot say enough about the TWO MEN that moved our home! My husband and I could not have been any happier. Their names were Neko and Dojour.

The staff n movers were good n professional. Both were very courteous as well. Most likely would use your services again if needed.

Move went well, except movers did not have an adequate crosspoint screwdriver to take apart the bed.
They made some other tool do, after my sister left to retrieve a screwdriver from her home
we also found out, after the movers left, they reassembled the bed incorrectly.

Generally speaking the team was very caring; however, I believe they need to be more mindful of the customer's needs. In my case, I live alone and am elderly. When I unpacked they boxes I found that in many cases the top most box in the stack was the heaviest instead of being the lightest. This made it much more difficult for me to handle them.

Broke two lamps and cracked tv stand. Young men...need to be better trained. They made sure to take light bulbs out of lamps but did not observe lamp shades were made of glass not plastic.. they used no protective measures. I signed release, but seems it was to simply cover inexperience.

The young men that handled my move were kind. It was pouring rain and they did not complain once plus they continued their work. The only complaint I have is the doors to the refrigerator were taken off , then they said it could not be moved, which I understood why, but now cannot find screws to put door back on.

We are a military family, with numerous moves under our belt. We were very impressed with your moving team. Roger, Rodney, Vincent and Khalil arrived on time and ready to work. All very pleasant, they took great care with our things, did what we asked them to do, with no lagging around. One of the best move experiences we have had. Would absolutely recommend these guys, and use them again ourselves.
