The movers did outstanding and more than helpful work. Will use them again for sure.

I've already sent an email to customer care with a litany of issues. However, I forgot to also mention that many boxes marked living were taken to the basement vs. the LR & vice versa. Jeremy came up to me & asked if I wanted to put a square marble-top table back together myself (they took it apart) or if I wanted them to do it (like I could lift it?!). I also want to say 3 movers can't be rated in 1 clump. 1 was very poor, another barely above that & 1 EXCELLENT. We were told one was "new" so constantly asking for advice from other guys (& asking us where to put things even when labeled & clearly marked). We were told Jeremy was "in-training" to be a supervisor. The EXCELLENT mover was helping both/very professional. I've used your company many times before. All for $1000+ w/tip.

Showed up on time. Men were in great spirits. Small amount of damage to one item moved. Within an hour they called me to ask how it went. I explained well despite one item. They had a replacement part on order for a direct replacement. What more can you ask for. Thank you.

Great work ethic and personalities. All of the movers were very professional. (Aaron, Neko, Terik, Jacob, Andrew, Jake, Brendanm Khalil, and Sperling). All were amazing.

Office staff were very helpful and thoroughly explained all the move details. Double checked everything with me. The moving staff (Nick, Rodney, & Rodney from Collinsville office) were polite, courteous, answered any questions we asked, all with a great attitude. They were very efficient and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Dropped a desk that was very valuable to me and unwilling to make it right. I am now without a desk that I saved 2 years for.

Roger and Khalil were GREAT!! Both of them were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and ensured the time they used to move my items was not wasted. I was so impressed by both of them that I have since referred others to your services. Their service was exemplary and if they are at all a representation of the type of staff and quality assurance provided by your company then, in my opinion, you will continue to see great success. I’m unsure of how their pay works but both of these men truly deserve a raise and/or some type of compensation or recognition for their work and for the fine way they represented Two Men and a Truck. I was VERY impressed and will continue to spread the word about your company in general and specifically to ask for Khalil and Roger! Thank you Two Men!
