Things have changed since my last move with your company in 2016.. I have used your company 5 times now.. the first 4 were great, that's why I used you a 5th time..
This past time, not so great. Your crews are in too big of a hurry to properly care for both the items being moved, and the facility that it's being moved into, or out of. Do not sacrifice quality and care for speed.
I have multiple items damaged that I find daily as I open boxes. Things that were not damaged when move started.
Take doors off hinges, remove stairwell railings, have 2 guys carry heavy or awkward items to care for the item, instead of 1 guy trying to wrestle it from truck to wherever it gets placed in house.. if you want to stay in business, go back to doing the the things that made your business successful.

99.9% perfect. If I ever have to use you again I would. The movers worked their tails off non stop on a 100 degree day. They were courtepus and professional. They did go over my quoted time a bit but all and all a great service and an excellent job. My only complaint is that my dryer was badly damaged in the move and is not usable anymore. I tried resolving this with the office team but have had no luck. Other than that it was excellent.

During my move my bed was damaged with rain water, but the Supervisor/Manager got the issue resolved by repairing my footboard and replacing my mattress. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

The guys worked from 830am until 1230pm. They worked hard and didn’t stop until it was done.

So far just two things are broken which I filed damage report at the time. My daughters mirror leg. It isn’t very expensive, but her Grandmother gave it to her. I just want it fixed. One of my pictures. I haven’t unwrapped it yet, but it has to be one of my Thomas Kincaid pictures. One crystal glass, but I am not worried about that

I feel that my items could have been wrapped better as I did have some damages. Supervisor did give me a discount due to the inconvenience and another item sent for repair. I feel that the guys did a great job otherwise.

Fast moving however, they didn’t come til later in the day bc the office team didn’t put us on the schedule so they were late. Our kitchen table had many scratches from moving and support beams on the bed frame weren’t put back together so my $1500 frame broke when used (we are going through the furniture company for this). We will find somebody else next time to move our stuff.

The moving crew men were kind and respectful. They were definitely efficient at their jobs.

They were amazing! They are one of the best moving companies I've dealt with. They took such great care of our furniture. The crew was professional and handled our furniture with care. I highly recommend this company.

Friendly, efficient and went above and beyond what I expected.

Khalil and Rodney were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Best money I spent this year!
