Jordan and Quincy did my move. They arrived at the time that they were scheduled to be there and had to move boxes out of my basement, up and down stairs, they did so quickly and efficiently with a very good attitude.

Two Men & A Truck were efficient and so friendly. They also helped assemble my bed after moving it in. They were so great to work with.

Because of a divorce I was moving out of the house. My spouse and his friends were very harassing to the mover, but your movers remained calm and very professional. They did they best they could do under the circumstances. When I move the rest of my items I will be using your company again.
Response

<div>Thank you, Janet. We are very happy that we could help you during your move.</div>

I had a really heavy entertainment system to move which barely fit the staircase. 3 guys:Nathan Williams Quincy Tyler and Morris Dickerson tried several different ways until they got the job complet. My husband didn’t think it was possible. Thank u

The movers were courteous and professional but not very efficient. One of the movers wouldn’t take direction from the other (he seemed to know what he was doing) and it cost me more money because of the time it took. What should’ve been a 2 1/2 hr job turned into 3 1/2. hr job.
Response
<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>Tasha - I&#39;m sorry the job went over estimate. Thank you for the feedback. It doesn&#39;t appear your estimate was 2.5 hours, but it did go a little over that time. Estimates are not exact and there are times we finish under the estimate and time we finish over. Please feel free to call our office if you have additional questions.</div>

The office staff who gave us our quotes were professional and very accurate to the amount we paid. Our movers were professional, hard working, showed attention to detail. We were very pleased and will use again and we have already referred friends to you who are moving.

Our estimate wasn’t close. It wasn’t close in time/price. The team lost 1/2 an hour of time when another truck and person came to evaluate the need for a second truck (which was turned away). Nothing happened for the 1/2 hour the second truck and persons were there. Many boxes didn’t make it to the desired locations in the new home despite being labeled with floor and room details.
