There was some confusion regarding my move and all my items were not moved the first time. However, the office called me the next day and when I mentioned the issue, they immediately offered a workable solution. I was very happy about everything in the end.

The men that came to my home were very professional and pleasant.

My name is earle and my wife and I just moved from one town to another in central il . I have been on crutches for a long time and was worried because I could not help or direct them that much. They did a fantastic job moving us from one residence to another and I would recommend them to any one that needs there service. They are a very professional moving company.

The movers where in time and worked very hard took great care in packing items and unloaded and place furniture perfectly! Couldn’t be happier , thank you Barron Owens and James Thomas!

I noticed a day or two later when going through items in my storage closet that everything was just thrown on there, including breakable items. A Christmas wall decoration was destroyed, and my living room tv is now messed up. The screen shows red on everything, when it never has before. The guys were nice and worked fast, but I’m a little disappointed, especially with how expensive service was.

My experience was most satisfying and I would definitely refer your company to others who are moving. Quincy and Robbie were very generous in everything they did and offered above and beyond what the normal mover would do. I didn't have to worry at all about my belongings or any of the large furniture, or anything they moved. I told them about problems they may have at the new house before we got there and they did not complain or say its impossible or anything negative.
I thought they had been together a very long time the way they worked together, come to find out it was Robbie's 2nd week, you would never have known it. Thank you so much for making my first move in 40 years an experience of joy and happiness .

The guys were great. Patient and hard working. No dawdling or trying to stretch the time.

The loaders and movers were the same 3 people. They were great! The packers were not the same as the movers. We were not as pleased with the packers. My husband’s suit and all of his ties were tossed in the bottom of a box. Other less expensive hanging clothes were also at the bottom of the same box. I don’t understand this, and I am not happy about that!

The guys did an excellent job and we are very happy with our experience.

We were impressed, until it came time to unload. I got attitude about moving a bookshelf, the couch wasn't put back together, and garage items were left out in the yard. Overall I might recommend them, due to price and how flexible they were about our move date. But I would warn anyone who used them to watch the unload more carefully than I did.
