The schedule arrival was 8:30am to 9:30am. We had our closing scheduled for 11am. The trucks showed up at 9:45am. I had a majority of everything in the garage. Basement was empty. We had to leave to go to the closing. Come to find out that they did not take everything. I went to the old house got a truck load. Got a call from a manager. They went and got the rest. Last night, still missing drawers

My apartment was not ready on my initial scheduled date. They were so accommodating and helped me change my move date twice! Then the moving team carried all my stuff to the third floor and were so helpful!
