The office team was friendly and helpful - got my move arranged very quickly, and kept me informed of changes in time for the packing/loading in the days leading up to the move. The move team was excellent: handled our goods carefully and packed them to minimize the chance of damage. Also completed the move within the agreed timeframe.

You sent 3 men instead of 2 which was what I was told would be sent. I felt like it was a whirlwind move and that I was being tag teamed! 7 hours was scheduled for move and it was done in 5 hours. I appreciate the need for efficiency but this was over kill. I had ALL boxes labeled. Some were marked fragile and/ or glass and they paid no attention to this. Some boxes were marked DO NOT STACK.

We were very happy with Brick and Kevin. They were very careful with our furniture. They moved it to another room so we could paint and lay new carpet. We told them we would ask for them when we had to have it moved back!

Would use and or recommend only if customer lives close to business. 118 dollars is just to much to pay for a service call. Elderly people are the ones who need your services and most are on a fixed income.
