Everything was really good except for the wardrobe they had to leave on the stairwell as it was too large to go up or back down. What they did not tell me was they left a large hole in my stairwell wall. I did instruct them to leave the large unit until my hubby and I could take the wardrobe apart to get it off the stairs.

The moving team was prompt and packed the truck very well with additional room if needed. My concerns are:
1. The team lead wanted me to know before we previewed the move that tips were accepted.
2. Team members used profanity and talked about personal matters several times during both the packing of the truck and unloading at my residence. I note that I heard the team leader ask them to stop doing so.
3. One floor lamp was broken which was discovered upon delivery and placement in my home. It was put in the trash with my request.
4. The last hour of unpacking the team members were on their phones and I had to ask them to finish taking the shrink wrap off of the furniture.

Took too long with bed frame simple task did not have proper tools. Took off fast without waiting left tool box damaged couch and possible tv

The worst experience in my life furniture broken, ding dong many items missing including key to my car. Saw them drop my dresser deny doing so felt pressured into giving them a tip kept telling me they would reduce the bill if I would only give that money instead. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I thought I would give them a second chance this time after the first time they stole from me. But it seems to me that that's just how the stuff goes down mention the damage to the furniture and they said well that's what happens when you move not with professionals that doesn't I replied. It's been two days and I still cannot find items.

the boys were very responsible reliable and excellent movers. They both were so very polite and I would hire them again for sure...they were so very courteous and EXCELLENT at moving expensive furniture.

Damaged a lot of my walls and furniture. Movers told me I was going to get a call the same day. Never received the call. Called them the next day and said I was going to receive a call within 48 hours. It's not been 6 days and still no one has contacted me about the damage done to my brand new house. Very disappointed.

All big furniture such as my chair couch and body mirror was damaged. When recognizing it, both movers and I they didn’t do anything but return back to my apartment with a hefty price for moving 30 mins over the moving time. They however didn’t come to location to pick up my thing and move them until 9:50. Very disappointed.

Family and friends referred me to use Two Men and A Truck. Office staff told me the computer said 2 trucks but that they’re sure that I will only need 1 so only scheduled me 1 truck. Needless to say, all my stuff did not fit. Movers were very nice but broke some of my bigger items and scratched and dented other items. Once we got to the new house, they weren’t able to move some of the stuff in so I have to figure out how to fix my broken items and get the remaining items into my home. The manpower to move things quickly was definitely there but then lacked with some of the bigger items and the inability to fit them into the 1 truck.

My mover Kyle was extremely unprofessional, avoided effective communication that hindered the move and added time and frustration. Kyle continued to make remarks that were rude, inappropriate and unnecessary. They left items without communicating with us that they would not be taking them. We had to pay additional people after the move to successfully move the items which included a treadmill that only the wheels needed to be removed! The movers took over an hour to put little stickers on all my items and manually write up an inventory list of which I was never informed they would do this. One of the young men smelled of "funk" and it was an offensive order and I smelled him instantly upon walking through my door. I will never use or recommend 2 men and a truck again!!

Was extremely disappointed with how we asked for our interior items to be packed. Literally everything was dumped into a box. We paid extra to have it packed up, and I could have done the same by throwing everything into a box. I can't get over how unprofessional they allow this. I was told my office would have been wrapped, instead I have hundreds of items I am trying to decipher, there is absolutely no organization. Extremely disappointed with this. We did have several items break through out the move, we understand this happens - we aren't too happy about it, however again going back to the interior packing is a disaster.
