Moving services themselves were well done, clean, and vigilant protecting a PIANO Unfortunately, the pricing was entirely ambiguous and deceiving. When I called for pricing, I was given an estimated fee of $650 or so, and that's what I was charged. was never a conversation about be charged the same amount to bring the piano back. -another $650. I negated other deals at 850 to 900 for both moves.
Response
Thank you, Ted, for your feedback and for recognizing the care our Two Men and a Truck Northbrook team took while handling and protecting your piano during the move. We’re glad to hear the moving service itself was well done and professional. We do understand your frustration regarding the pricing expectations for the return trip, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective. Piano moves require specialized handling, equipment, and labor for each trip, but we understand how important clear communication is when discussing estimates and scheduling. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared internally as we continue working to improve transparency throughout the quoting process.

Thomas in customer care was very helpful on the phone. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and was very professional and caring.
The moving team was efficient and able to make several stops on the way to the final destination. That was so helpful and made our transition easier.
