Zack had open communication, texted and called to confirm the appointment. He was so helpful, friendly, and professional, as well. I’m really disappointed with the overall outcome. Several of my plants died, my furniture ended up with noticeable scratches, and the move took nearly seven hours—even though it was just a one-bedroom transfer to the building right next door.
