The move went smoothly. This team worked swiftly and pleasantly. Communication was great. The three workers were Alex, Frankie and Justin. All three at some point asked questions, making sure items were delivered and placed where I wanted them to be. All were very kind, very polite, friendly and professional, and worked very hard and steadily.

I was very uncomfortable when a man showed up and started taking pictures. The movers told me he was a supervisor. He should have introduced himself to me and asked my permission to take pictures of the INSIDE of my home. I should have been informed of this event when I booked the movers.

The moving team was four guys, and they were very professional and polite. They were also very fast, which lowered the cost from the initial estimate. The team that day was Mike, Jordan, Pete and Jarron, and I will be requesting them again to finish moving the rest of my things. Moving can be a traumatic experience and these guys were great.

The two movers were great and very polite. My only complaint and reason I wouldn’t use again is the hourly rate vs. a flat move rate. They took a lot more precautions than I do as I really don’t have expensive items. Spent probably at least two hours wrapping and unwrapping. Should have asked if I want this level of service and if required should have been in the quoted hours.
