The moving team was pretty much on schedule. Did a professional job wrapping the furniture and moving it to the truck with care. They quickly got to the destinations and unloaded and set up the furniture in the rooms. Both movers were very friendly, professional and polite.

I used the Downers Grove location, and the whole experience was very delightful. Tara Kasianczuk was the customer service rep that I spoke to and she was excellent. She put me at ease. I am sorry that I cannot remember the names of the two guys who did my move, but they were phenomenal. Words to describe them are helpful, kind, respectful, clean, prompt, friendly, trustworthy and hard workers.

The crew did a great job and finished the move in the time promised. The crew members were polite and professional.
