The movers were great, the call center was a little off. Even thought you charge by the hour, a representative upcharged me for my storage unit (w/elevators) being on the 18th floor. I explained I had a small move/budget; I asked if the drivers could take lake shore drive and a representative said yes. The truck they sent was far too big for my move and making the trip long and more expensive.

Another great move with Two Men and a Truck! Kudos to my moving team: Tom, Kyle and Armando were terrific. They took great care in packing and moving my belongings. Also, they were professional and answered all my questions. The price of the move was reasonable as well. One suggestion: Have someone come out to verify contents to be moved when client gives an estimate. I under estimated!

The moving team was great. They efficiently and carefully moved my belongings. They used the full truck to move as much as possible (from front to back AND floor to ceiling). They were kind and courteous every step of the way.

The movers on the California end seemed nice enough but did not pack the truck very well as more than 20 items were damaged. The California office was incompetent and the delivery was delayed by a week because they couldnt find our stuff. Corporate also has a terrible response rate and only directed me to the local team who was no help. Chicago movers were excellent.

The two young men who moved us froM our apartment to our storage unit were great. Super polite! Wore their masks as required by our building!
