Overall very satisfied with the service. A couple pieces of furniture did have some markings or small dent but overall very efficient and accommodating.

Over all were very happy with the movers. At one point we feel we were accused of stealing a back pack of one of the movers from the truck. Police were called and we were told there was a dashcam that would be looked at. We were hoping to get a call back letting us know the results of the missing back pack.

Our team was super! They were very friendly and really took care with our furniture. They went above and beyond. Thanks to their experience, we were able to get our couch up a tight stairwell.
We’ve used 2MT (Chicago) before and not had the best of service. This time were careful to choose a location that had good reviews. 2MT Crystal Lake had good reviews and they are well deserved. I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again or to recommend you to family. I will be leaving a good yelp review as well. Thanks for your help!
