The moving crew did a terrific job and was very conscientious about taking care not to damage furniture or walls. They were also very polite and courteous.
A file cabinet did not make the move and a trundle bed that supposedly did not come apart did not get put in the bedroom. In fact, it did unscrew and we now have it in the bedroom where it belongs.
I would still recommend Two Men And A Truck.

My movers were Charles and Malik, two very pleasant young men. They reached out to me when they were on their way & arrived on time, actually a bit early! Once they arrived they took stock of what needed to be loaded and worked as a team to make sure everything was carefully wrapped and put on the truck. The unloading process went just as smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team that did the move was great, they handled my items carefully and were really nice to work with. Excellent crew!

We had an excellent experience with Jeff and team from Crystal Lake! The team was very courteous and respectful of our belongings as well as super careful in moving items out of our home. We moved items to a storage unit and the team again was very careful in moving all items from the truck into the storage unit and assisted with great tips to store the items safe and effective! We had a very good experience. There were no dents or dings on the items moved. The team was very willing to help us and make sure we were happy!

The moving crew was great. Kerr especially had great customer service and training skills working with the team. It was so nice they were finished before the estimated time frame also.

4 stars given for the overall experience simply due to price, an industry-wide frustration because two men was slightly better priced than the competition.

The crew that moved us was phenomenal. They polite, friendly and extremely competent.
In all the times I’ve moved I’ve never seen movers work so fast and as efficiently as they did.
If I or anyone were to move I would definitely recommend 2 men and a Truck, especially from the Crystal Lake office.

I had a relatively small move but it included two heavy pieces of furniture moving from a 2nd floor office to a 2nd floor bedroom. We had considered moving ourselves but after trying to pick up those two pieces, it was pretty easy decision that was not happening. Wish I could remember the two guys names but they handled the move very well and treated everything like it was their own.

Many thanks to my moving team for making my move such a positive experience. They arrived on time, took great care in moving all items and were very attentive to anything I needed help with. They were professional and courteous. Just a pleasure to work with.
