This was a great experience, from selling up the service through the execution. Everything was explained thoroughly along the way, the team was flexible, professional, and helpful.

The 2 men you sent (sorry, can't remember their names, chalk it up to getting old :)) were terrific. What great guys. On time, fast, and they asked very politely where I wanted stuff put as they took it off the truck, and didn't get upset when I changed my mind. Really good guys.

The team that did our move were friendly and so cooperative. They worked well together, and really were a team. The supervisor solved a logistics problem with ease. Selling,preparing to move and downsizing has been so stressful, and choosing Two Men and a Truck has proven to be the perfect decision to make the whole project doable.

The office team was willing to help me out with some extra stuff, but grossly underestimated the size/weight of our items. Now I have to fly back to Chicago rent a box truck and load it myself, drive down to Atlanta and back. Then fly back down to Atlanta. This will costs me over $1,200 plus my time. Moving team was great, nice and professional.

Another great experience! The team showed up on time and ready to go to work. They wrapped and padded wood furniture to prevent scrapping. Carefully and expertly loaded into the truck. Unloaded our furniture, but had to rearrange items already in storage to fit. It was a pleasure watching them practicing their craft. The team finished the job under the time projected and under budget.

All in all, I was good with the move. We did have some major scuff marks on our newly surfaced hardwood floors and one large gouge that we aren't happy with. There are a couple drywall damages but that can be fixed fairly easily.
