We needed to move some of my parents' furniture to an assisted living setting with very short notice. The Crystal Lake Two Men and a Truck was highly referred to us by the facility/community to which they were moving. I called on a Monday morning to request a Tuesday move, and Tristan was very helpful and put me at ease. Tessa sent the applicable documents in a timely manner. Our movers were both very courteous, careful and polite. They called to say they could come earlier than scheduled if we would like, which we were very happy to do. The job came in under the estimate (we also moved less than anticipated) but they did a very efficient job. Furniture was all placed where I chose for them to put it, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service I received. The girl I spoke to (Tessa?) was very nice and informative. And the two movers we had were Soooo nice and helpful and they really seemed to care about my motherandacirc;??s furniture and home. My experience with the company was excellent from start to finish. Tessa in the office was very courteous and knowledgeable. She made setting the move up a very simple process and had answers to all of my questions. The movers Brian and Ryan were friendly and very professional. They took great care of my furniture. This move involved going to a storage facility and they took the time, even out in the cold and snow, to pack the storage locker in a neat and efficient manner. I would not have been able to do as good a job myself. All in all this move was made easy and painless due to your staff! I will always recommend you guys to anyone. Thanks for a great experience!

Our moving experience was exceptional! The team was on time, moved efficiently and extremely polite. They had to carry furniture and boxes four floors up a narrow outside staircase and their expertise was unbelievable!

it went fine, the only real challenge is I was really distracted with moving when they wrapped up, and I found a few problems after the fact. after I signed off that all was well.

I normally move like the Beverly Hillbillies. This time was different. A back injury prevented me from any lifting. The moving crew I had went above and beyond. They even took my final trash out for me! They hustled and endured the bitter cold. They took good care of my possessions and truly ensured that I didnandacirc;??t labor. Thank you, boys ! I would absolutely recommend Teo Men and a Truck!!

Was a fine experience the movers were good. Only issue i had is the three hour min. However i was informed of it before so i could have declined. that said overall it was a fine experience
