This was a very emotional move for me. The 2 movers just made everything easier for me. Very friendly and professional. They worked hard and were very careful with by furniture. They just had to move me to the house next door. They put all the furniture were I wanted it to go. The women I dealt with on the phone couldn't of been nicer. Explained everything and was very thorough. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. I HAD ONE ISSUE WHICH YOU MIGHT WANT TO MENTION TO FUTURE CLIENTS. WHEN I INITIALLY BOOKED MY MOVE, I ASKED JOANN IF I SHOULD REMOVE MY DRESSER DRAWERS. SHE SAID I SHOULD JUST LEAVE THEM, NOT EMPTY THEM AS THEY WRAP THE FURNITURE. AFTER THE MOVE WHEN EVERYTHING WAS IN PLACE IN MY NEW HOME, MY DRAWERS WERE A MESS. TO REMOVE THE DRESSERS FROM MY PREVIOUS HOME, THEY HAD TO BE TURNED ON THEIR SIDES. I DIDN'T MIND STRAIGHTENING MY DRAWERS; HOWEVER, I HAD ONE DRAWER WITH JEWELRY AND VARIOUS SMALL ITEMS THAT HAD MOVED ALL OVER IN TO OTHER DRAWERS. THIS IS SOMETHING YOU MIGHT WANT TO MENTION TO PEOPLE.

The guys were fantastic. Got everything loaded quickly and unloaded quickly. Apologized for being late because the first move took longer but they were still within the time frame sent.

Totally great job by everyone...altho, I did have a slight problem understanding Juan when I hired 2 Men, but only because he talked so fast!!!
Felt sorry for the movers as they had to move from one building with elevators to a new building with elevators....and the elevators did not move fast enough for anyone's liking. But they did a great job and were more than courteous to me, my husband and my 94 year old mother, whom we were moving. Don't know about pricing or if you were less expensive than someone else, just hired you because my daughter had a great experience using two men. Thank you.

All of the crew, Trent S, the crew leader, and Cristobal and Angel were great. I have never seen anyone work so hard. I sure hope they are being paid well cause they work their butts off.
