The movers, John and Ruffin, were great! They were polite, charismatic, and did a fantastic job. They did everything well and quickly. I will definitely use them again!

Movers were professional and courteous. Move was completed timely. I am disappointed that the movers did not notify me that a drawer was ripped off of my desk during the move. I discovered the problem when I started putting things away after they left and the front of the desk drawer came off in my hands.

While the handling of my quote was mismanaged (resulting in issues with my move date), the movers were excellent and efficient. I also appreciate that you didn't charge me more than what I should pay for as a result of the prior mismanagement of placing me in the schedule. In addition, the recommended permit pullers were WAY overpriced, and in the end weren't even necessary. They charge 4 times more than if I got the permit myself. I'm not sure if this company receives a kickback from the permit pullers that I was pointed toward, but at the end of the day it was a huge inconvenience.

all with move was great. three hour minimum charges is crazy. very expensive. person in office was too insistent on getting a contract back. i was away at a family funeral and couldn't respond sooner.

Drivers were simply incredible, as was the staff at the office scheduling the move.

The guys showed up on time and did a good job with a good attitude. What more could I ask?
