1) Your office staff was not very helpful at all. I had an appt at 2pm on the 22nd, and I called at 3:30 just to get an ETA as we were on a time crunch. I was told I would get a call back in about 10 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting for that call. Not very good customer service
2) Your actual movers Hector and Devin were FANTASTIC. Extremely friendly, Very courteous, and VERY professional. They ended up having to move a piece of furniture twice and they couldn't have been more gracious about it at the end of what I am sure was a long day. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

The young men who moved me were very kind and courteous. I appreciated the job they did because there was no elevator. They worked very very hard!

Very good service and care of my belongings. They arrived when promised and went right to work. Even though it was a local move, they were very careful with my furniture both at the pick-up point and at the delivery point. I would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives. Overcharged. Filed complaint after a phone call to local office. Quality Control number doesn't connect. Still waiting for response.
