Getting an estimate was super easy. The moving staff was great. What was a little confuting was the connection between the sales guy that gave me an estimate and the back office that did some of the paperwork and scheduling. I had some questions and was not sure who to ask or call. Providing a single point of customer contact would be great.

We used TM&T for two moves, one in April and one in July 2018. We were skeptable about choosing any moving company because we have read a lot of reviews on all moving companies that had very poor reviews. We worked with Lilly in the office and she help make the process go very smooth. We had Angel and his team help on our first move and everything went great. We did have one very small chip on a chair, he took a picture and sent it to his boss, his boss was on the phone right away telling me that they would take care of it, it was a very small repair I took care of myself. Our second move we had Trent and his team and it went very smooth without any problems and they came in right at budget. Our overall experience was Excellent and we thank everyone at Two Men & A Truck.

We were very happy to use A local company. It was also important that the moving team were employees of the company. The team was very polite and friendly. They took very good care of our property. The team was detailed orientated. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

It began with the scheduling of the move. The representative could not process my credit card information for the deposit after about 5 minutes. She explained that her Manager would be calling me shortly to process the deposit. I never received a call.
The move was scheduled for a two-men crew at the Schaumburg location. The day before my move they called and cancelled. The three messages left were:
• The truck broke down
• Unfortunately, we cannot complete your move. We don’t have another truck.
• If you can change the date.
I was not offered another option. I dropped to my knees and after I picked myself up. I called every mover in the Elgin and surrounding communities. As if moving isn't stressful enough. At such a short notice every reputable company was book
