Everything went incredibly smoothly. It was affordable, quick, and the guys were very professional.

Robert who worked up the estimate and got me scheduled was great. Trent and the move team were awesome; on time, efficient, courteous, and thorough. Everything made it in 1 piece due to their truck packing and care. I did feel bad for one of the guys though; the estimate mentions that I have a cat and he is allergic. May want to have the crew’s supervisor ensure he/she reviews those notes before assigning teams to a job. Regardless, he pushed through and spent the time organizing and stacking items once they made it in the truck.

We had used Two Men and a Truck in the past and had excellent service and moving team. The team used on this recent move were outstanding, courteous and very professional! The whole process went very well. No problems of any kind.

My moving team was excellent. They were friendly, on-time, explained everything very thoroughly. At one point they thought they had damaged something (that I had previously damaged) and notified me and explained the issue right away. The team's attitude was peppy and friendly the entire move. I had 2 stops before my final destination, which was a 3rd floor walk-up. It was over 90 degrees and had rained earlier in the day. These men were so careful and didn't complain one time! I would highly recommend them and would trust them with any move. I had several antiques in this move and they wrapped them, separated the glass pieces, and put them back together. Really, truly, just feel so lucky to have had this team on my move!

Everything happened as scheduled. The crew was very helpful and cooperative, working quickly and carefully, and checking to make sure they had the right items to take out of the house. I hope to use them again when my house sells and I am moving in to a new place. Thanks.

The move started off great. Both workers were professional and courteous. I had everything organized and ready to go. They moved the furniture and boxes out of the house efficiently. At the condo, however, the two workers seemed to disappear, and I wondered what was taking them so long to bring up the next load. With a one-bedroom condo on the first floor and just one mile away, I feel it shouldn't have taken more than two hours for the move. The lead worker said they were done, but didn't have the paperwork. He disappeared and it seemed to take quite a while to bring up the paperwork. I'm not sure why he didn't it bring it up in the first place. When he said it took 3.5 hours, I was surprised. I haven't yet received the dispute process info. I'd like an hour credit. Please respond.
