I wish you had something higher than excellent to rate my movers. I couldn't be happier. The 3 young men who did my move were the most friendly and professional people. They took very good care of my items, especially a piece of furniture that had very sentimental value to me. They went out of their way to move it carefully. I was concerned with the complexity of my move. They were very reassuring that it was no problem for them. My move was estimated to take at least 5 hours. They finished in 3 hours. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I was very impressed with the way the 3 young men worked together as a team. When the movers left my house, I called several friends and shared the super, wonderful story of my move. A highly recommended company!

Everyone here locally (in DuPage County) was fabulous. One of my telephone calls, however, was rerouted to somewhere in Michigan and the person who spoke to me there was totally "non-fabulous". She actually told me that in spite of your name being TWO Men and a Truck I was required to have a minimum of THREE! (Your local representative straightened that out and I got by very nicely with TWO. They were great.)

Movers were great. They worked hard, communicated clearly, had great attitudes, and were very polite. The packers did ok. Communication between office staff and moversmor packers was not great. People dropping off boxes thought they were moving us, didn't bring the size boxes I needed even though I specified the size in an email. Overall communication between offoce and on the ground teams needs to be improved, but the young men who did the actual moving are the reason I will recommend your services.

The moving crew were patient and had a wonderful attitude. Very helpful, respectful and paid attention to details.

The crew did a great job, from initial contact prior to the day of the move, to the pick up and through to the destination and the final closeout for the day. Will call again if in need for a move of any kind.

You need adults, that can move and chech for screening. My Team was not customer service good. Placed furniture in wrong direction. I also think they were smoking something other than cigarettes
