I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Two Men and a Truck. The office staff and the moving team made a stressful moving experience proceed smoothly. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.

Two Men and A Truck is the most exceptional, professional and polite company I could have ever encountered. Everything was communicated so clearly and they were so patient understanding my schedule. Their employees were extremely careful with handling the move of our commercial ovens especially when we had multiple door issues with extracting the ovens. I cannot express the gratitude I have for their moving team and cant wait to be up and running to send a care package their way.

Service was done well . But ,too many hidden fees won't be using again over priced!! $700 for a one bedroom apartment is ridiculous never paid that much in my life !!!

My move was scheduled for 12:30. A rep called me a little after 10am and asked if they could do the move earlier. I had to call him back after checking with the party at the point of origin. I called back and gave them the ok. They charged me from 10am, which it is impossible for them to have started at that time because they did not have permission until 10:15am. This error caused me to be billed for an extra 15 minutes. When the estimator called to ask how the service was I mentioned it, and he told me that wasn't his department.No one updated the paperwork before the truck left, no notes that were on the contract were given to the driver. If they weren't in such a hurry to get on the clock and did the paperwork correctly this error wouldn't have occurred. I guess I will contact IDOT.

My wife and I used Two Men and a Truck when we sold our home quickly and had to move most of our belongings to storage and a small apartment last spring. When we found our new home we immediately called to secure them for the move again. The movers were wonderful and so careful with all of our belongings and the office staff was amazing coordinating everything. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone searching for a mover. Thanks for everything!

Yeh office team and crew were great. The only issue I had was During check out. I was not given the opportunity to decline the additional insurance and the home guard kit (which was not used) before payment was taken.

My moving team was supposed to come from Carol Stream, but circumstances had the two young men drive all the way from Orland to do the job. They were apologetic because they were a little late, but were very congenial. My two sons were with me, and they both said your employees were great to work with. There were only 2 of them, but they were efficient, VERY STRONG. You should commend them for their fine service.
