Lalani, Champaign, was most professional person I have ever been served by. She drove on ice/snow covered roads andamp; worked in below -14 temps which felt colder due wind. She went right to work, didssassembeling. 1 piece required more than 2 people andamp; she arranged for that mistake to be corrected. (This apparently should have been detected during previous walk through.) It was all worked out. Her attitude was andquot;nose to the grindstoneandquot;, no chit chat, attn to detail andamp; friendly. I had complete confidence in her. I predict she will achieve in life whatever she sets out to do andamp; you are lucky to have her.

Our crew (Joe, Derek, Brandon, and Cody were all terrific. They worked well together and were supervised and directed expertly by Joe. They went over and above what was expected under very adverse weather conditions.

Everything went very smooth! The two men who helped me worked very quickly and were very personable!

The 3 men were great to work with and worked hard! I will recommend them to all my friends.

Office workers were very nice about updating our inventory. When they talked to me I never felt rushed. The crew that moved us was very friendly, cooperative and quick to address any comments or instructions. They were efficient and quick, and that resulted in them taking money off of the estimate, since they finished two hours sooner that the estimation stated.

These 4 men that moved us were very professional and knew what they were doing. Cleanest move Iandacirc;??ve ever seen. No damage to my furniture or either place. Outstanding!!!

The crew was on time, did careful work, and did the work with a joyful attitude. They exercised care with the furniture. All of this was done on a day when the weather was not the best, some snow and slick services. I would recommend them to other users. I was happy in everything they did.

My two movers, Court and Carrie, were absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect and they are the perfect team.
