For me, the strongest reason for using Two Men & A Truck is the reliability. The crew communicates their schedule so that all can be handled in a timely manner. In a business environment this is extremely important. All the crew members have been friendly and actually seem to enjoy the job - even when it's blistering hot.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was good, but far from perfect. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the office staff and the movers. The office staff estimated our job to be 3.5 hours, but it actually took over 10. The movers were very frustrated throughout the moving day and continuously repeated that they did not know the job was so big; they said they had been told we had 24 items to move and we had much more than that. They broke the handle on our end table and lost the screws to attach the mirror to our dresser. Gerry was really the only professional member of the team and he worked hard to find the correct screws at Menards and ensure our piece was put together. Overall, I think there is a lot of room for improvement before excellence is achieved.

Movers and office responded to concerns expediently and professionally. Movers were fast and friendly when spoken to.

Movers were very professional, polite and hard working. I found out the night before my move that the sellers of the house I bought would not let me move my belongings in. I left a message with your office . They returned my call early the next morning and was able to schedule them the following day. I was very thankful! Can’t say enough good about 2 men and a truck!! Would highly recommend them!!

Kenny and his team were great! They were organized and efficient.

I needed a few pieces of furniture moved from one location to another, and I didn't want my husband moving the heavy pieces. I saw that they were a sponsor for the Crisis Nursery Gala fundraiser, and that made me feel confident in selecting them as a local sponsor.

The estimate was odd by half otherwise it was good

Some critical items were packed poorly. Especially one that I specifically requested be packed carefully. We have two offices, one up stairs, the other down, 1/2 of the boxes were in the wrong place. I also think the quality of your boxes was poor. Been moved many times before and I have many old boxes, they are more sturdy than two men boxes.

The team was super professional and very impressive. Enjoyed spending the entire day with them. They didn't complain. They were careful with my furniture and wanting to make us happy. Hate moving, but this team made it so much easier. Team Leader was exceptional!!!! She rocked and her team respected her.

I only needed a couple heavy pieces of furniture moved and I knew I could get great help from Two Men and a Truck. They did a good job and it did not take long for them to send some strong people out to do the heavy lifting. No wimpy scrawny helpers, they looked healthy and capable and were very polite and personable.
