I am super frustrated & disappointed in how my move went. I filled out the online schedule & inventory and it was confirmed. I was contacted by the office they told me that I could only have 2 hours due to their busy day. I told her I wanted a 1 pm time because I HAD TO BE OUT OF MY HOUSE by my 4pm closing. She Said they would do the 2 hours and then they would leave meaning hey might have to leave some things behind. At 1:25, they called-they were running late due to a difficult am move. They were going to grab lunch and be on their way. At 2:30 I called again. The movers showed up around 2:40. They were slow and insisted they could only take 9 pieces. They said they had no idea why I was told only 2 hours. I went to the closing and they left after 2 hrs. I did the rest until 6:30.

Due to height limitations two trips were used storage licker to new home and yet 15 boxes and several small items were left behind in locker. I paid for a complete move. Two men and truck moved me into storage locker a week earlier using one truckload, I addeda 10’x10’ additional storage locker to the second move ans assumed two trips would complete move. I was wrong, office did not offer to complete the move when made aware of problem. I may have refused an offer, but customer service was lacking. I had an organizational plan in place for garage to stack same size boxes in particular area to aid unpacking, I explained the plan my directive not followed. Two men were polite and well meaning but need to follow simple instructions of homeowner.

We didn't plan our move out very good and I called Two men and a truck to see what they could do. They took the time to come up with a plan that fit our needs. As it turned out they were able to show up earlier than planned so we got more than what we expected. Other moving companies didn't want to take the time to help us unlike Two men and a truck. Customer service is so important today in this name-less and face-less world we work and buy things in. I would recommend Two men and a truck to anyone who asks me about moving and we are very appreciative for their fine efforts in making our move a little bit less stressful.

Even thou there was a mix up by office in assigning a truck that couldn't leave the state (resulting in the guys needing to unload a half loaded truck and re-load into a new truck), the guys got it done in good time and without much "guff". And the movers worked thru miserable hot weather loading, and even worse heat and humidity unloading. I felt really bad for them; but they kept on and got it all done in good time and with no complaints. They were incredible. THANKS ALL!!

My mover Cody and his helper were fabulous!! My expectations were far exceeded. They were professional and very courteous and respectful with my belongings. They worked so hard and with great efficiency. I can't say enough good about Cody Burke and Ryan Hines!! Cody is an excellent people person as well as Ryan. I hope the company recognizes two awesome employees whom hopefully are rewarded for their fantastic work. I never knew a move would be so enjoyable and easy for me. Thank you Two Men and a Truck!! I will refer your company to anyone I know moving.

From the beginning Andrea was a huge help and let me bother her with questions I had weekly about our upcoming move. When the day arrived I was kept in contact with the driver and knew when to expect them.
They were great and professional from their appearance to the their manners very courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of . We had a move 2 hours away so they made us feel completely at ease with the move and the distance we had to go.

The moving team showed up on time& the lead mover, Jason, was very professional. The guy that showed up with him was struggling from the start. His appearance was fine but it was obvious that he was not feeling well. Turned out he was suffering from brown bottle flu which became obvious when he started throwing up at the base of our driveway. Jason said he would not charge us for the downtime, but it was frustrating bc the 2nd mover did the same thing at our new house too. I knew I put the movers in a tough spot by asking them to move several more pieces than we had quoted, but Jason handled it like a pro. Could not have been more pleased with him and his attitude. He was obviously embarrassed by the other guy. I would have been too- he shouldn't represent your company.

The price was right, the two gentlemen moving us were very professional and pleasant to work with. The staff in the office were very helpful and explained things in detail. There were no surprises with this move. Job well done!
