Our experience was excellent until the very end. A piece of furniture was broken by the movers, they were extremely apologetic, took complete responsibility, and told us the company would make everything right. We were told we would receive a call from the office the following morning as it was already past 5. It is now four days and two phone messages later and we still have not heard from anyone about how this will be remedied. Extremely disappointed given the excellent service we received up to this point.

- The movers did not wrap our furniture with drawers, but the office told us they would.
- a hole was put into the door of our previous apt which will be deducted from our deposit.
- a few of our items never made it to the new apt.
-it's been a few days and I have yet to hear from the office about remedies (and yes we purchased the 30$ incidental.)

We did have some damage to our dining room table. It got stuck in the door and the team had to force its release yielding two dents in the wood on both sides. It was a custom made table from a tree in our yard. This was disappointing but it was a very large piece.

Piano did require a tuner to come and fix the pedals.

Guys worked very hard all day and kept a good attitude. We very much appreciated the help!

On closer inspection, several pieces of furniture were dinged, scraped, etc. An antique family dining cabinet had the leaded glass panel in a door pushed in by one mover and a few pieces cracked. Will need repairs.
The team was great and did not damage the new hardwood flooring.

Your guys were excellent. Only one piece of glass broken--easily replaceable.

I was very happy but have since noticed Some knicks on some of my furniture.

We were very disappointed, the gentlemen that showed up were very polite but not very experienced. In my original quote over the phone I was told I was only using about 50% of the 26 foot truck, when they said the truck was full and couldn't hold any more, I looked in the truck and could see all the way to the front, they didn't use the truck like professionals. We had to make 5 additional trips back to the house with our vehicles, also they brook a lamp, and my daughters $600 mirror, and when I went to put my sons bed together there was missing hardware, he slept on the floor the first night in our new home, we were charged almost $1,000 for this service. There is more but I don't have enough charactes remaining

Very professional team, efficient . Accommodating . Broke a table. Was unclear on total expense, slight discrepancy on hours provided

The movers worked very hard and had a great attitude. One mover was particularly rough and because of that I had damage to a kitchen cabinet door, damage to a corner of my drywall that will have to be spackled and repainted, damage to a glass light shade, and damage to a dining table leaf.

The three-man team was very polite and helpful. There were marks put on a wall in the apartment I moved out of, but it was a tight space for some of the larger furniture. One moved did damage a wall in my new home, but someone came out to repair it two days later and I am satisfied with the repair. Overall, I was happy with the service I received even though everything wasn't perfect.
