Two comments, the moving team needs to do a walk-through of the house before leaving, items were left behind they had to go back to get. They need to pick up their empty drink cans, bags the mattress covers come in, and other items they were responsible for during loading.
Secondly, when unloading they should ask where items go if not labeled. My gun safe is buried in storage. It was labeled.

My moving team was great! The guys worked quickly and efficiently, and were friendly and professional! Would highly recommend them to anyone that need help moving. The feet to my couch had to be removed to get it out of my house, and I was only able to find 3 of the 5 feet later that day. They located them on the truck immediately and had another crew that was in my area the next day bring them.
