We are very pleased with the team of Two Men and a Truck. All were very polite and helpful. Ashton, Alonzo, C.J. and Anthony were amazing and careful moving our belongings from our home into storage units. Christina was also extremely helpful with planning. Thank you. When booking for loading help we asked and were told the moving team would disassemble any furniture as needed. The only piece that was disassembled was my wife’s antique vanity. We were also told all furniture, artwork and TV’s would be wrapped in moving blankets, this did not happen. During the loading the moving team took about 40 minutes of break. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Sorry to hear this Jerri. Please be sure to call our office so we can discuss how to help from here. We also want to make sure your billing is correct. We do require breaks for our crews, but you should not be charged for those.

Our moving team was fantastic! I wish I remembered their names, but it was about a month ago, and so I don't. Unfortunately communication between the office team and the movers seems like it wasn't great - we had requested a few items, like the protective plastic for the carpet and a mattress cover, that the movers had no idea about.

I had a good experience with two men and a truck. All my stuff came safely and the movers did their job professionally. The only minor issue is they pushed the time of my delivery a few hours but they did call me about the approximate time. But my stuff arrived 1.5 hours past that time.

Everyone was super helpful. The office staff was very understanding of my scheduling issues (job, apartment move-in time restrictions, etc.) and the movers didn't seem to hold it against us when they saw all the stairs (A LOT of stairs). Everyone was super great and I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.
