The moving team was excellent. They called when they were on the way - arrived when they said they would. They were respectful, professional, polite, efficient and engaging. Our entire family was delighted with their work. Kudos to Two Men And A Truck - from the time they scheduled our move to the time they moving crew was finished they were the best! Thank-you.

I wasn't aware of that the driving time to my location would be charged to the hours. If you mentioned it in any document, making it more obvious would be less embarrassing for the customer by the unexpected cost.
Response
Hello Ethan. The drive time charge is mentioned in our premove letter and during our estimating process. We are sorry it wasn't communicated better.

I was very pleased with the care the movers took with the items being moved. This was the 3rd time I have used the service and would highly recommend it.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. The woman I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what we needed to do. She gave us an approximate time that the movers would be here. They called and let us know they were coming and arrived within the time window. They were quick and efficient.
Response
Thank you Barbara for the review. We are pleased everything went well with your move.
